How To Implement Efficient Corrective Exercise Into Practice

What To Expect:

How do I put it all together?

How do I know when to use a deadbug verse a birddog? A side bridge verse a clamshell?

How to progress a clamshell and how to recognize when a clamshell progression is too easy for a patient? How to REALLY activate the glutes!

  • When is it too soon to suggest active care?
  • How to know if it’s safe?
  • What to do when a patient’s compliant intensifies with your recommendations?

In this workshop, I help you apply all of the tools you’ve learned in school and other workshops (and add bigger and better tools). With confidence (not cockiness), I know this workshop will blow your mind and change the trajectory of your practice style.

The focus will be on patient empowerment and making the largest impact in a short amount of time.

The workshop with Dr. Gonzales was extremely helpful in showing various ways to use rehab exercises to decrease a patient’s pain. They have taught us some of the same exercises in rehab classes at school, but they have not been utilized in the same manner Dr. Gonzales taught us. I loved that he combines these exercises with various pain-reducing strategies and gives the patient a way of controlling their pain generator.

After the workshop, I was able to incorporate loading into my practice, which has accelerated my patients healing time and function! It’s amazing how empowering it can be to show someone how to move their body efficiently! I can’t wait for the next one!

This workshop changed everything. If you’re a DC or PT student or a doc out in the field with an open mind, this course will change the way you practice starting tomorrow. Going through school, we get exposed to so many things, but no one really helps us put it all together. Dr. Gonzales will not only expose you to new concepts and ways of thinking, but he will also help you effectively apply the skills that you already have. With over a decade of experience as a clinician, Dr. Gonzales knows what actually works and what doesn’t in clinical practice. A lot of these cases that you are struggling with or you think are challenging will likely not seem too difficult after this course. He also dedicates many hours per week to creating new content and interviewing health professionals on his podcast, Restoring Human Movement. One of my favorite things about Dr. Gonzales is his humility. He doesn’t pretend to know it all and even interviews students on his podcast to learn more from them. I highly recommend his workshop. Just invest in yourself.; you won’t be disappointed.
