What Customers Are Saying

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 out of 5 Stars!

“Just wanted to thank you for putting out this eBook and accompanying videos. The eBook was excellent and served to inform me of treatment options and symptoms. In short, I am a classical pianist and also work a desk job, and became very frightened when I began having numbness in 4th and 5th fingers of right hand.

It means a lot that I was able to find your ebook and allay fears about severity of issue I was having. Thanks again. “

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thanks for writing this!

“Thank you for making this information available! This book probably saved me hundreds of dollars on a doctors visit. This is well explained and opened my eyes to how something as simple as sitting or sleeping properly can make you feel better. Best part is, I don’t wake up in the middle of the night anymore shaking off my hand!”

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m most grateful for all your help.

My right foot is much better after doing these exercises for some weeks now.

After doing the exercises, I walk for some 30 minutes. Then I walk some 17 rounds around a Beach-boll field (2 minutes per laps.) That’s another 30 minutes.

Finally a walk barefoot up to the compound on a gravel road. That’s another good 10 minutes walk. In the beginning gravel road walking hurt like hell under my feet. But I get better by the day.

It kind of force me to walk upright ?!? I did this every summer when I was a kid, so why not now?

I feel like a new man afterwords. It gives me a sense of full connection with all of my body. From the toes and feet through the hip, and up to the torso/arm region and up to my head. It feels like I’m getting into a natural walking/standing position when I do the Gravel road walking.

Best Regards from a Thankful Oldies.

Just wanted to thank you for putting out this resource as well as your youtube videos.

In short, I am a classical pianist and also work a desk job, and became very frightened when I began having numbness in 4th and 5th fingers of right hand. I’ve since visited regular Chiropractor and determined a lot of the issues stem from the neck.

Treatment is ongoing but much better now and after 3 weeks I am able to play without issue once more.

It means a lot that I was able to find your ebook and allay fears about severity of issue I was having.
